Battlegrounds Mobile India's July Update Is Now Available, Including Mission Ignition Mode, Tesla Gigafactory, and Other Features
Battlegrounds Mobile India, PUBG Mobile's Indian incarnation, has gotten its first content update since its official debut on July 2. Among other things, the update adds a new limited-time mode called Mission Ignition and a brand-new weapon called MG3. As part of the upgrade, Battlegrounds Mobile India gets the new Royale Pass Month system. In addition to the content update, developer Krafton has announced a collaboration with Tesla to put its Gigafactory on the first-person battle royale game's Erangel area.
The Battlegrounds Mobile India version 1.5.0, which was briefly seen in a video published last week, improves gameplay with the addition of a new MG3 light machine gun (LMG). It takes the place of the M249 in the supply crate and may be obtained from airdrops when playing Classic maps as well as the Karakin map. The older M249 LMG has been removed from airdrops and is now only accessible in field drops. The gun will be available for looting immediately on the map.
The MG3 gun has continuous firepower and a 6x scope. It fires 7.62mm ammunition and has a magazine that can store up to 75 rounds with each reload. Players are also given healing consumables that they can utilise from the trajectory slot.
Along with the MG3 rifle and healing consumables, the Battlegrounds Mobile India update adds a new Mission Ignition mode to the Erangel map, which includes six new locations. The mode also has automated Hyperlines that transfer players from one area to another.
Krafton has updated the settings, allowing users to select the gyroscope sensitivity as well as a dedicated 90fps option for newer devices. Gamers using low-end devices may also select a new graphic option that is less than smooth. The updated options in Battlegrounds Mobile India now allow you to customise the sensitivity of your firearms. You may also adjust the camera angles in third person perspective (TPP).
The Battlegrounds Mobile India update also adds Sand Bottle Exchanges as a free event to the Events menu. Players may earn Sand Bottles by completing challenges and then swiping them for prizes. There are also new events, such as Damage Missions, Movement Missions, and some new Mission Ignition Events.
There is a new Royale Pass Month system called RPM1 for those who want to use Royale passes. According to Krafton, each Royale Pass Month lasts 30 days and costs 360UC, with the maximum rank possible restricted to 50. In addition, the business has incorporated a Challenge Point System to award players for excellent behaviour such as not quitting or employing friendly fire. This specific modification is believed to have been implemented in response to early player feedback.
Krafton has also collaborated with Tesla, and Battlegrounds Mobile India will now feature Tesla's Gigafactory in four permanent sites around the Erangel map. Players can enter any of the listed Gigafactories and see the creation of a Tesla Model Y from beginning to end. They will also get the opportunity to drive away in the new automobile and use its autopilot mode. Furthermore, self-driving Tesla Semi trucks will be available on rural roads and will automatically follow predetermined routes. Players can cause the trucks' supply boxes to drop and acquire battle resources by inflicting damage on them.

The upgrade comes only days after Battlegrounds Mobile India reached 34 million registered users. It is also stated that the game has 16 million daily active players and 2.4 million peak concurrent users.
