Players in Battlegrounds Mobile India are experiencing a number of issues following the July update, which Krafton says is being addressed.

Players in Battlegrounds Mobile India have been experiencing some problems with the Season 20 or C1S1 upgrade from earlier this week. The problems involve unicorn-themed clothing, a login reward, UC (in-game currency) purchases, and other things. Krafton, a South Korean developer, has recognized the problems and is trying to resolve them. Battlegrounds Mobile India quickly became a popular battle royale mobile game, with over 34 million players in the first week following its July 2 debut.

Krafton published the first significant content update for Battlegrounds Mobile India, version 1.5.0, earlier this week, bringing a slew of new features and tweaks to the game. However, certain difficulties were identified with the new modifications, which players complained about. Among these difficulties include players becoming trapped at the loading screen while wearing Unicorn-themed clothing. Krafton is trying to remedy this issue and has advised players not to equip this outfit set until it is rectified.

Another issue that Battlegrounds Mobile India users encountered was that the Login Day 2 prize for the 'Bring on the Heat' event was displaying as Mission Card (S19), despite the fact that Season 19 had already concluded. The developer has already resolved this issue, and the award now displays Mission Card (M1) in accordance with the new season format. Those who were affected by this problem have been compensated with a Mission Card (M1).

Some players are seeing problems while purchasing the in-game currency 'UC' in Battlegrounds Mobile India, receiving an error notice that reads, 'UC not being claimed sporadically after purchase.' While there is no fast remedy, Krafon has urged that players contact customer service from within the game by going to Settings > Basic > Customer Service.

Furthermore, the developer has highlighted several additional bugs on its tracking page, including “Not being able to collect intermittently prizes from Daily Special Bundle” and “Moving to an incorrect page while using Supply Medal won from Advanced Supplies Crate.”

These are the most recent bugs reported by Battlegrounds Mobile India players following the 1.5.0 upgrade. Previously, Krafton reported that there was no Super Smooth option in graphics settings, that players were unable to modify the Sprint button in controls settings, and that players were unable to advance to ongoing events through Mini Ray TV. The first two difficulties have been resolved with a patch, but the developer is working on the other concerns.
